Congratulations to all the winners of Padma Awards.
I hoped GOI would confer Bharat Ratna on the Doyen of Carnatic Music Dr. M. Balamurali Krishna who passed away recently. I feel this is a great missed opportunity to honour the Great Man.
Among the Padma Shri recipients there are some very senior people who are close to 90 and some who are in their early 20's. Somehow this does not feel right. I think a better way would be to create a new Padma award above Padma Shri and below Padma Bhushan and confer this new Padma award on those aged 60 or above.
Award for Sri. Pawar? Is this for to remain maximum corrupt and not caught? Great India Great BJP govt. It appears Mr. Modi is in the clutch of this highly corrupt politician.

Most of the BJP MLA's in current Maharashtra assembly have origin of NCP lead by Sharad Pawar. Pawar can pull down maharashtra govt. any time. So to save the maharashtra govt. Modi had to do this balance. Pawar had all over lands in pune and around it. If this person had decided to make the Golden Ira for Maharashtra, he would have done it much before Modi. Unfortunately, Pawar is very corrupt and political minded. He, his nephew and his daughter, beyond this, he doesnt see anything.
Shame on p a w a r, for having 40 years of power in Maharashtra, my state is still fighting for basic needs.
