Like notebandi, this fad of digital India is in essence nothing else but a burning desire to shine as the great guy who though of future and coerced, forced down our throats this \"digital\" fad. It must have been thought of by other great people and nations earlier also, but they did not force it. For PayTM, or on-line transactions, what you need first is MONEY of your own somewhere.
