If it is indisciplibe than Army Cheif must supply good food to Jawan. Good food is his right while serving the nation. Mere words of mouth will not work in these tech days. R we idiot to belive his words?
If army chief is really interested in solving their Jawans problem and want to have them better food, he should keep video of food that Jawan was eating while having his lunch and dinner and compare the quality of his food and that BSF jawan's food. Only gimmick of inviting complaints directly will not serve any purpose.

Mr. Shah today your comments are good and you know what is the ground reality in India before and after. only praising one side govt is not solve any problem we have to study what is ground reality the comman man suffering. forget about rich people, middle class tax payers. My son is earning 6 lakhs per year and IT deduction s.5 lakh and remnaining 3.5 lakhs and has to pay 10% that is 35K per year if he is not did any wrong think. the person earning 6 lakhs is working leaving home at 7 a.m and reach to home 11 p.m. any govt either BJP of UPA what is giving to common middle class tax payers. whether FM know this situation. Today army chief is telling one thing and tomorrow he will be puppet like VK Singh. Only tought fighter in army was Gen. Manek Shaw he never cares even PM Indira Gandhi and he is dectating her about military working and she is obeying this but today PM will listen his words. do you imagine it. Any way you realized the ground reality. Neither we are against this govt nor favour of UPA we stand for ourselves when we are sincerely paying tax.
What is the harm when people come to know the ground reality in force. From British Raj the Lower Grade men are suppressed by superiors, and now those days are gone even the low grade men are also qualified as per the recruitment norms and they should be treated like humen, the revelation of Tej Bahadur is an opener to the Govt.Officials concerned.

No sympathy with in-disciplined soldiers.What about suppression in private sector particularly in un-organised sector or unemployed youths.

Will have to wait and see how efficient this system would work without harming the complainant.
All in between then useless, do not create indiscipline in security forces, already govt. deptt, and PSUs are suffering due to dictum by unions and has ruined productive structure of industry in govt. sector.

No bhakti, we want every govt. employee must be treated like in private sector where people are not getting perqs. like Maharajas with unlimited liability even after death. Today in govt. sector a peon cost to govt. more than Rs.50000 p.m.(including all perqs. i.e. leaves, medical, LTC, reitral, etc.,etc.,)therefore one can find thousands of applications against one vacancy.

Yes, and all businessman account and stock must be verified and strong action against hoarding and artificial inflation of essencial items, where ppl cry for one time meal. This type of businessman must be hang. Some businessman and community are looting this country.
