The reality is that the elections are not based on Caste or religion. If it was the case the Hindutva parties will always win for the reason of majority.
Its about the polarization of the neutral voters. The neutral voters always decide the fate of the elections.
Its always the efficiency level of the political party.
Get rid of caste to start with . Then aslo caste won’t easily go away. Let us not give euphemism like” identity “politics” etc to denote abominable practices like caste etc.We are so afraid to speak plain truth;then problem won’t abolish itself.The effects, ill or good, of the we are a separate nation as propagated by religionists resides. The vote bank politics and the second high majority calling it minority and getting favours from ruling clique all are perennial cancer for decent politics R.PONNAMBALAM

Their Development Agenda is a Huge Fake - Demonetization is a Bigger Lie - BJP cannot Survive without Hindutva & Congress cannot Survive without its Minorityism !!
Hence Supreme Court of India - Destined to Fail Miserably even after Enacting such a law.
India will never develop as long as we have reservation policies from birth to death including education, careers, jobs,marriage, polities to name few. Remove abolish quota system , everyone will see development. But I doubt if our parliamentor judiciary will ever enact this.

What is secularism? Appesing one caste against other.making them to fight each other?In INdian politics elections are faced with caste/religion,money and muscle powewr,only.When ever a pary wants to select a candidate they will see for which caste he belongs to,then whether he can spend money to get the votes and then whether he has the powwer to fight the opponent if required to.Which party wants educated adn matured person as an MLA or MP?

Quotas will Never be Removed - Whichever Party in Power that dares to Question, Stop or Remove Caste Based Reservations will become Extinct in India - That is why they are S_h_i_t Scared of removing it.
India has faced lot of invasions by Aryans, Islamists and British .... to name a few. Whatever culture we have is corrupt one. Better to adopt the local identity than what is written in Vedas
