More than what was mentioned the gloomiest part in India is Abnormal delay of judiciary court case because People of India know well that any legal case takes many years and most of unsocial elements be it kidnappers,rapists,murderers,thieves,land grabbers,extra marital relation ship divorce cases,and over shrewd cheque bouncing case everybody let's the aggrieved party go to court and prove it ( taking many years) giving the culprit lot of time to continue his mischievous deeds.Govt should take this Very seriously and amend the laws to accord speedy justice especially to women who filed divorce case on grounds of physical/mental/financial harassment by husbands within 2 to 3 years so that she can remarry to lead a new life

Women subjugated by cruel husbands within 4 walls of home by starving them,not giving sufficient money to manage the house by spending salary on vices& alcoholism etc find it very difficult to prove it in courts and judges should understand the helplessns of woman to prove the harrassment from other circumstantial evidence like respondents behavior& actions during the period of trial,as to whether he is behaving with humane naturein not hharassing her even after separation like using all loopholes to delay the case,asking for repeated adjournments,misleading courts with false claims challenging orders on his mischievous submissions in high courts in writ form just to delay the case for years in lowest court itself
