Does it really matter what he believes in personally? The person who has expired was none other than a CM of a state. Does the people of a state taken for granted so much that they were fed only the filtered info for so long? Is it not legally required to investigate and clarify matters when doubts are raised and the ball is in the court? Will the same norms apply in the case of ordinary citizens too?

In India rules are only for ordinary citizens to abide by. Politicians and their parties are above law. For example, demonetization is for Aam Aadmi. But parties are exempt from giving details of source of funds received above 20K.
