Their Face Cuts Look Like Chinese..So By Funding These Poor Students Nothing But To Destabilize the Country Plan is On From Long Time. Leaders like Farukh Abdullah, Mamta , Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi Just Support These Types of Anti National Activities For This Time For Vote Bank. As Most of The Eastern States are Won by BJP, So This is Chinese Supported Game Plan.Hijacked by Congress .Nothing Else.
