He was worried about fake currency coming over from the border. Now, with make in india in full flow, the fake currency is being generated from the banks themselves :), that too in the capital.

ha ha ha - childern bank note in atm This happened because somebody deposited this note in bank or bank official has withdrawn new currency and replaced by children note in bank - with no body knowing it .
