That should be obvious to all, including Pak and China. As a child I remember having seen red jowar which the People of the United States of America had given India then reeling under a severe famine. Then,I regularly saw the US sending so much of cheese, butter oil and milk powder for free distribution to the poor in India. Those were the days when we heard that America was throwing a lot of excess wheat and other food items into the sea to maintain price levels. I think India-US would make good friends and international diplomatic relationships would follow.
