Sasikala should not be made CM of TN.She is neither a pary member or an MLA and is known to be very corrupt , land grabber and used the closeness to Amma to aquire wealth by threats and pressure. She must declare her wealth and cases against her before even considering her. Her current activities of keeping MLAs in resorts is under pressure and threats.believe the MLAs cannot have access to outside world. is this democracy? Amma's death in Appolo must be investigated as it never is the case that one is allowed in ICU to see a patient.Normally one person at a time is allowed may be with some precautions to avoid infection.
Senthil Kumar's petition is right, the court should have asked Governor to get the declarations cleared by election commission before even examining whether she has a support of MLAs.
The courts in the country have to act in time. No point making corrections after the damage is done
When she files her nomination, she will do the same. Why force her now? Thats why congress and the looters looted and sent money outside india, so no records... no car for sonia gandjhi, no mobile with the most educated but disasstrous former prime minister

What Senthilkumar says is correct. All have to declare their assets and other details before fighting election. Sasikala wants to become CM just because she was personnel assistant to Late Jayalalitha.How was her earning for the last 32 years has to be ascertained and whether any of her relatives have made good through her proximity to pillars of power.Hope court will take a right decision.
