Man Mohan Singh ji is the biggest culprit. Commission & Omission both are offence. Later or sooner MMS must pay for his acts because he enjoyed PM's chair as a reward for "Not protesting/stopping the plunder" taking place right under his nose.

He is in permanent obsience to the 'hand' that helped him from a petty RBI governor to the PM of India. He is like Dhritarashtra, but pretending to be blind to the massive scams that were taking place under his nose, for which the lower order have been booked but he got away for reasons best known. Even in S Korea if the PM commites a crime he is jailed.
MMS was tool in the hand of congress leadership and was used blatently for their ulterior motives.As a prime minister he could not curb corrupt people around him.Rahul Gandhi has shown disrespect to him on several occassions.Manmohan singh was handling the government as if he was running a department of an organisation.

One should see what happened to that arrogant and big mouth Manishankar Aiyyer who called Modi a Chaiwala during last election and offered him contract to serve tea at Congress party office. Today, he is jobless and he has no capacity to win even a Gram Panchayat or Municipal election on his own.
