I am ashamed to say that my country is having democratic system.On every occasion this country ,with these fools in parliament and assemblies make foolish laws and that dragons in that apex court gives assents to them.Is this democracy?Then i am ashamed ,shame!shame!Shame!

Justice cannot be one sided, must consider the victims plight and perpetrator be punished.If divorce has been carried out then husband deserves punishment not withstanding Islamic specifications. If talaq has been pronounced in anger or influence of drugs and revoked soon after is good enough. Why should the woman wait for months and live in disrepute waiting for husband to forgive her is a patriarchal provision.
Unlike in the past, today many of us have access to internet/ TV. We are exposed to different culture, tradition; get to see the world sitting at home; come to know about the farthest, strangest and all absolutely unknown things just by the click of a mouse/ switching on a TV and here we have a culture where people still have faith/ confidence/ trust in certain mediaeval practices/ beliefs. As if the advances/ discoveries made by the entire mankind over the past 1,400 years or so are nothing! I find it difficult to understand this totally contrarian positions! What is the glue that keeps their faith intact?

Yes. Only one marriage will be allowed. Uniform civil code must be enforced on these uncivilized and medieval people.
Being mmuslim I am also against triple Talaq as it is not matching with the teaching of holy qQuran. AIMPLB has given space to others to interfere in their religious matter. If they (AIMPLB) would have followed the truth Islam then this situation would have not arises.
But I like to bring attention toward these below situation also which need to be address with same zeal,
There is no regulation on abandon, triple X mmovies and object for promoting brand Poor lady still crying from Gujrat On the name of freedom made her (women) nnude in triple x movies Selling car, razor or whatever you spell, use her as an object with half nnudity Last but not least for every revenge against ccommunity (based on false propaganda) she become the first and soft target of rrape then burnt specially perpetrated by those who is now crying for their right.
What about women reservation bill pending since ages?
