Great judicial system which could not frame charge sheet even from 2008 onward. No one is responsible for such lapse.

Framing Charges depends on the ruling Political masters of the period!!!!

The ConParty was in power till 2014 and they did not file chargesheet as they had implicated them falsely without any proof.
