AC trains now introduced in 2017. it shows we are way behind the developed world and only catching up. A business center like Mumbai getting its first AC Train after its inception by british. nothing much to cheer about, it is only 1 local, others same condition. sorry, but not happy with 1 train introduction.

Blame it on Congress who never wanted the "real" progress of India. Everything takes time in the new regime. If BJP gets elected in 2019 then more changes will follow.
