The 2G scam involved big guns, everybody know it is a huge scam but it took the court so many years to give a verdict which is clearly biased, the court has bent to these powerful people of India. I have been hearing about this chara ghotala since my childhood, the verdict has come now and convicted are saying that they will go to Supereme court. Why all this drama unnecessary wasting public money?The powerful people will never be convicted in India. I feel the rules for such powerful and influential people should change. It should be total reverse, the court should charge huge amounts upfront and then ask them to prove themselves not guilty. If they are found guilty then the money remains with the court and if they are found not guilty then the court will deduct its expenses and charges and return the rest of the amount. This way the onus will be on the defender to produce valid proofs of his/her innocence thereby speeding up the court procedures. In this way public money and court's time will be saved. Bigger the the court bigger the money.
What is entire human history? Nothing but obsessive mentality of torturing others. (Mahakavi “ SRI SRI” ) What is entire political history? Nothing but looting the nation in the name of people. Our brave investigative agencies are waging a fight against torture and loot carried out against the very people who voted them to seats of power. This is happening slowly but surely. India is wedded to peaceful change through silent revolutions and not through violent ones. That several other cases are pending against Lalu Prasad, a darling of masses in Bihar, in spite of his involvement in several scams, reaffirms that fast track courts are necessary to bring an early end.
BJP is behind this has no doubt Lalu was planning against BJP not scared now punished by BJP. Other opposition now will scared from BJP. BJP creating fear atmosphere in India is not good thing in India.

People like Lallu (supported by Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi) who looted crores belongs to obc/sc/st must go to jail.

Yes.Surprised to hear a court verdict that there is no sacm in 2G.Sad to see rhe blatent voilation of law by few individuals to look a loot non existant.Our legal system appears to have too msny loop holes.Arun jaitley,instead of messing with finance ministry without any knowledgeon finance must be asked to vacate FM,hand it over to Dr.Swamy and Arun must look these leagal lacunae.

our indian law is the worst ever thing one can ever come across...no guts at all it shows power only on weak and no influential peoples ..why shud there be any law in india when it is abused so much
