Similarly tomorrow Bhjubal n kalmadi will also get scot free? How Bhjubal Bunglow have 100 crores decorative items? Has he produced in his Farms? Why kalmadi cleared bills for cutlary items in crores to the vendors..Was he biggest donator? or Danshur Karna's avatar?
There is some fishy in this case. It is politically smell in this verdict. Why Sh. Modi personally meet Sh. Karunanidhi after such a longtime or probably 1st time to say How are you ?.

I am no lawyer..neither am I bothered to get access to the judgement.As a common citizen,however,I'm aware that an expert lawyer can twist & turn facts,but,a Constitutional expert like the CAG can only put up facts.This is not the 1st time that the CBI has goofed up..so let the Govt go in appeal,with proper representation,& let the 'accused' gloat in the temporary relief in the interim period.QED>

I think CBI shall have appeal in Amit Shah ji matter but they failed.....This is not the 1st time that the CBI has goofed up..so let the Govt go in appeal,with proper representation,& let the 'accused' gloat in the temporary relief in the interim period.QED>

If CBI did not prove and let them out it is a false case why not punish the CBI Director and officer fine them double the amount they spent and dismiss them from service, for filing a wrong case
The prosecution failed to prove the case. Supreme Court directions forced UPA to commence the proceedings. Crores of rupees were lost by the State Exchequer. Merely failure to prove the case at entry level does not absolve UPA of the mess created by them in unison with DMK which wanted easy monies in lieu of political support. Dear Congressmen abhi Delhi doour hei. No cause for rejoicing or celebrations.
