This is not a final judgement. The government will file an appeal with Division bench, High court. The government can also file an appeal with the highest court of the country against the decision of Division Bench, High court.

Bhaiyaji, better read about 2G spectrum and see who CBI has filed complaint in 2011 against all the accused involved in 2G Scam. even the highest court of the country ruled that the allotment of spectrum was " unconstitutional and arbitrary" while cancelling 122 licence issued. Better have required knowledge on the subject. your hahaha everytime will expose your lack of knowledge and intelligence.

this is happen. when modi meet with DMK chief that time it decided they will give Cline chit to them and 2019 vote they will fight together.This is the real game.Now you people tell me 2G is scam or its like jumla BJP did.

how companies complaining on them with out any base???? CBI and Court are running the case.
why BJP to slap why not to Congress???? If BJP wanted to Make the Politics like congress they could pressurize on leagal system and Prove it is it not????

Even if court give decision treating all the accused as innocent but people of this country will not agree with the judgement of the court. The government will definitely challenge this verdict before higher appellate authorities.
