Gujarat loss is still a victory for India not for congress which lost HP so badly that in other parties RaGa might have been forced to step down! But itâs dynasty hence ok. Congress lost 15 states after 2014 still rediff thinks that it is victory!

On contrary, BJP got less number seats and hence in spite of winning they are the loser from this author's perspective. But the result is certainly victory to India because such warning was required for BJP to not bring new bills like bank bail out bill that impacts common people.

Duffe Soni, Modi has shown the country how to win election in HP and also in Gujarat after remaining in power for many years. What happened to the prediction of your Rahul gandhi who was expecting a win in Gujarat with 125 seats ?

Thank you Bhaiyaji, You expected defeat for BJP. Your favourite Rahul gandhi predicted win with 125 seats. Congress has lost both the election while BJp has won both. One should keep aside bias mindset and appreciate achievement of BJP who has retain power for the fifth term.

@ Vidwan Soni : I know you do hate Modi. That is of course your privilege and prerogative. But do remember that Congress always holds the interest of their first family as more sacred than that of the nation. Otherwise, we would NOT have had such gross misrule, Indira Gandhi included.

Congress is in better position in karnataka than BJP .there BJP itself is a dvided house , No worry , Modi and shah sure have tough time in Karnataka .first to set the own house in order then dividing on communal ways will not work out this time , Sure BJP will bite the dust . we have matured voters in south unlike north South will fall in to BJP game plan

Failing to win a state which has 22 years of anti incumbency, despite GST and demonetization and no leaders after Modi and Amit Shah left for the center and two chief ministers in three years is a big failure of the congress

It is utter dsmay article and pro Congress aligning with Rediff,a useless one. What ever it is 'Woh jeetha vohi sikander' is the attitude, should be adopted.Congress induced caste factor and temple visists at the time of election to voo the voters.Rahul gas to go a long way in politics.Congress is playing the old game of blaming EVM's tampering. So what they did in the by election in Najangud ?No body raised this question. This is a useless article and unwanted one.
