Sir, Do you think by punishing these culprits to 3 years imprisonment , will the nation over come the losses , what these bunch of people have done .
I as an Indian citizen, feel that these culprits total existing properties must be forfeited by the authorities and must set an example to other such scamsters, so that they better watch out .

Not acceptable norm, those who are looting the country, are evaders-must be hanged, people do not accept such lazy laws, therefore do not have faith in our judicial system. We want to see Lalu, Kani, Koda and many other public figures - out of total scene of politics. No compromise who are robbing country. To that extent, law is to be changed, their crime is far more comparing to rape.

Very correctly said. Majority of Politicians particularly Family based politicians are looting the country like anything. The are real criminals. Should be debarred from politics for ever.

True . These Proven culprits must be hanged in Public four Lane crossings in their respective capital cities where people can spit on them.
