EVM are in use in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Namibia, the Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Romania, Switzerland, the UK, Venezuela, and the Philippines only. All the other countries are using ballot Papers.
SC has done done well in rejecting Congress plea for counting of votes in paper.It has become a regular affair for Congress to asy EVM's are tampered whenever BJP wins in thumping majaority.They are denegrating EC evey time.This is a a bad presedent and Congress should be warned strictly.
