Having leftist leanings in Mind Nehru felt close to China and Russia. further he ignore the defence preparations , those days some of our ordinance factories were busy in producing Cosmetics. Nehru wanted to be International Leader by raising bogey of Pancheel Principle . Infrastructure to defend the national borders were taken care by Nehru. In 1962 war when India was attacked by Chinese forces , Nehru looked for help from Russia but USSR remained neutral in war as per its vision, that it is a war between brother and friend . Consequently India was humiliated and lost lots of land, China reached upto Garhwal With the interference of USA, ceasefire took place. Nehru also suffered badly and died in May 1964 due to humiliation. these 17 years of Nehru time was lost in Panchsheel and non violence slogan. Even after defeat US came to know that China is trying to make Nuclear bomb and US offered India to make Atom bomb, with the assistance of US know how , but Nehru could not take that opportunity. That was sad Saga of our great leader Nehru , whose legacy we are still living. In fact India has more Natural resources than China but now we are lagging behind is a truth, all due to Corrupt pactices in India. further UPA tenure was also lacking vision to make India great.Hope Modi will do.

Better look at those countries which are far ahead of us. Why look at Pakistan for every thing. Why not USA, UK, France, Japan and China? Where do we stand?

Because of quality of human being. We have more numbers of corrupt people. See how to grab power so many opposition parties uniting ? But how many days they can tolerate each other. Dog fight will start any time. First they will say we want bjp out fro power, then after some time they fight for lucrative portfolios. And then breakup. And result is wastage of time and re-election.
The Govt.s have been fooling the Public that Govts. cannot run Industry.It cannot manage Air India , it can manage AIR FORCE.In can manage Indian railways;but it can not manage a STEEL Plant and would give Rs.44000crores to pvt.Corporate.One percent of 44000 is440 crores.One can imagine the velocity of that 1% of money of 440 crores and the potential of the 99% to become the favourite baby of India"- non Performing doll "-and the atrocity done to the earnest interest of the country.R,PONNAMBALAM
