why is rediff so much biased against Modi? All the so called secular writers have nothing else to do than criticise Modi.Why are they so insecure that they will ignore all the minuses of all the political parties except the BJP?

What do you mean by biased? It is Rediff's charter to tarnish PM, India and anything that is related to MOdi/his party. Rediff is built on this philosophy. If you are not interested, pls leave this portal :-)
My immediate neighbour is a businessman (real estate builder) by profession.
He joined BSP 10 years back then shifted to Congress 6 years back and since last 2 years is with BJP. He has no qualms in admitting that for him it makes no difference whichever party he joins as he is basically a businessman and he has joined politics to further his business interests.
This man is feku_no. 1. He lies through his teeth. And I think for him everything is fair (as long as it serves his interest).
I never thought anyone can be a bigger feku_than him. But ser_ko_sava_ser_mil_hi_jatein_hai!
There is a bigger feku_around. And he is occupying the highest post in the country!

Vijay Sahani - What you just said is quite similar in its narrative to what those propagandists who masquerade as journalists say that they met a taxi drive who said how BJP is not going to get elected this time. They say this everytime before any state election, but never name the "taxi person".

They have become hate spreading arena, why SC and EC brings guidelines and discipline. All divisive forces on the basis of caste, religion, region and language grow like mushroom during this period. Are we having a true unbiased secular democracy.

This known MC Akar, is looking for English equivalent of neech, while words in general speaking are taken with their common and largely accepted meaning, and neech at-large refers to Schedule Castes. It's Congress which has started this low level,hated and negative campaign by targeting Modi for each and every thing.
