Free pads? That too from girls tax money? Will RaGa stop collecting tax in Karnataka and Punjab then start giving free pads in Karnataka and Punjab ? Will he use crores looted from National Herald corruption and give free pads? Will he use Robert Vadra DLF land corruption money for free pads? Will the money from 2g , Bofors, coal, Vijaya Malya loan money for free pads?
Why Karnataka government stopped mid day meal for school kids including girls that too from devotees money from Kollur temple?

Freebie country
by Mat P on Dec 06, 2017 10:03 PM

Rather than enabling people we are disabling people by offering freebies. This is a sure shot path of destroying the country in the long run.....

The best part is politicians never pay from their pockets instead they make us common Indians pay for it. After 70 years of freedom we have stepped into 3rd generation of India now and we are still talking about reservations and freebies. There has to something drastically wrong with the way the policies that have been implemented.

I am not sure why congress leader Kapil Saibal wants to defer the hearing till July-2019.

Any party that is against Ram Mandir will not win.

BJP always get some important issue to expose opposition and Sibal effort to defer the hearing of Ram Janmabhoomi case for more than two years has tilted scale now in favour of BJP. Both Sibal and Mani Shankar Aiyyer has ensured that Congress will have absolutely no scope even to give a good fight to BJP this time.

These freebies
by Janas on Dec 06, 2017 07:13 PM  | Hide replies

have killed people of TN who now want more sops totally oblivious of the fact that it is them whom these politicians will fool once they come into power. This is happening for the last 10 years. Now TN people have lost their value system totally. Will Gujaratis do the same by voting for freebies or will they decide to work hard to make progress. Any party be it BJP or Congress if they give freebies, must NOT BE VOTED.

this is happening not for the last 10 yrs but for the past 50 yrs since 1967

The TN pliticians destroyed the state
completely by maintaining cinema menia
among the masses.

previously they seduced the illiterate; now since the poor people
after getting educated started questioning these politicians through
demonstrations. And the politicians have switched over to the Upper middle
class finding their craziness in SUPER
SINGERS, JUNIOR SUPER SINGERS AND WHAT NOT.

And now the latest net is one to watch the Ganesha serial and have to
answer the questions for which prizes will be given to the successful person.

HOW IS IT????

Oh! I didn't know that. I don't watch TV except for news or read papers. But the fact is even 30 years back there was much respect for Tamilans outside Tn for their hard work. Now, today's youngsters don't value hard work so much. But even thought here has been hysteria over cine stars, they used to work and study. Not like today.

Chennai was known as the intellectual capital of India because it provided talented & hard working people, who made their mark in India and abroad. Now it it is all gone. As a small businessman, I interview fresh graduates & people with 1 - 2 years experience and the quality is extremely pathetic. What makes it worse is their "don't care" attitude.

Take the example of Anitha who committed suicide due to NEET -
she scored 98% in the State Board exam and < 15% in NEET. To what depth has the level of education dipped ?

Very sad state of affairs in TN today.

though i tend to agree with your general perception statistic is different -the Per capita income of Gujarat was 8235(1993) and 124678 in 2017- for TN it is from 6680(1993) to 130197 (in 2017) .. despite being ruled for 53 years by the much vilified regional parties with no central support .. Moreover, in TN the development is much more evenly distributed by very high no. of small enterprises with higher job creation.
