Great news and credit for Dalveer Bhandari to have been appointed for International Court of Justice. It shows the capability of Dalveer as a judge and knowledge and implementation of law properly. A judge has not only implement law and justice neutrally and equally, but should also have an human side to all important core issues like starvation, shelter etc. being faced by poor people not because things are not available, but due to the corrupt, inadept system which we have, which neither seem to be improving with any Govt. coming to fore. Else why do you find that grains are getting rottened up and eaten by rats in the FCI godown, but the Govt. or public distribution system is not capable to use atleast for the poor who die of starvation. Nice to hear that Dalveer in his capability has been involved in the human side of a person, i.e. helping poor people by his directions. How we wish that we had more and more judges of Supreme Court and High Courts who could try to make a difference in people's life, by doing their bit.
