by G S Azad Azad on Dec 04, 2017 05:45 AM

The day we see no garbage or open defamation taking place along National Highways and RailwY tracks , we shall think that Swachh Bharat Campaign is really doing good to all of us . How soon Piyush Goyal as Railway Minister can get Raikwsy tracks all over the country free of the muck and garbage !!!!!!!

Swachh Bharat and soak pit latrines ????
by G S Azad Azad on Dec 04, 2017 05:35 AM

I find that the affluent a in the villages are using soak put methods fir so many decades and now the underground water is getting contaminated and we can see worms floating in the hand pump water and people are now using cloth filters to keep the worms and the other effects remain as such .unless each village or block of villages have sewage processing plants to convert human excreta into compost fertiliser are available , these issues shall remain there . I wonder ofbthevstates was comrehensivecto understand the implications of building toilets in villages without attendant issues settled very well. Each village needs Water treatment plant as well and then pipelines to carry the same to some select points in each village street etc . Possible ????? I wonder in the answer is yes !!!! It may be another century before each Indian citizen can get potable water at home supplied thru pipilines. What is the assessment of the experts like the one who wrote this note ??? Thanks , Jai Hind

Poor people?

Poor people are living in filthy conditions.
Make them rich. India will become cleaner automatically.
Swach Bharath must be the end and not the beginning?

Useless Comments
Re: Poor people?

poor and rich are relative terms....

what you will do when people buy mobile phone rather than building toilets.... go to any slum in delhi and mumbai... you will see people having mobiles and LED/LCD TV at home but not having toilets... are they poor

It is the ancient education system which is to be blamed.... following cleaniness is nothing much to do with being poor or rich ....
