The state has been given step motherly treatment for many years and being turned into just a vote bank for Political Parties. Many political parties have made there future with the vote of this state and now neglected by national as well as regional party. I have seen 1987 live, 2008 on news and 2017 on internet and nothing has changed. Khudso to author of this article, who has poured the heart of silent suffering of state of Bihar in a short article.
