No doubt, Khattar govt. is responsible for chaos as he permitted mob to stay at many places. Equally judge concerned is also responsible, who was well aware about the mob concentration and likely outcome to, but neither deferred the decision nor ordered that first remove all mob, before he takes decision or decision would have been given without the presence of Ram Rahim.
.....its' a good and daring job done by Khattar Govt. in Haryana.....dealing strongly with not only the rioters but also a hostile media....and the nuisance value of destructive opposition which is least bothered about the people as it believes it can get away by blaming the Govt. for all of its stoking and instigating of the unsocial elements within the crowds, many of them paid goons of the opposition itself !
If so, why you have taken over a decade to decide, if so, why the verdict has been delayed - to cause further damage? If death penalty is given, it should be finalised with in a month, with no publicity on the date of execution. Even the body should be privately buried, and be intimated later with a official confirmation.
With highest regard and respect for the honorable judiciary and the judicial process, iwonder that Kiku sharda was arrested on court orders for MERELY wearing /impersonating baba ram rahim dress,now, what would have hon. court commented /ordered if in the process of removing baba's supporters,unrest and riot would have broken out. Baba's supporters would definitely challene the decisison in high cout.i wonder would it not have been prudent that in stead of a single judge bench, in view of the sensitivity involved, it would have been wiser if 1)it would have been heard in south India where Baba supporters are least 2)a larger bench/or even a single bench of high court should have decided the case
like Baba Ramdev and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, is essentially a big time thief who uses fake spiritualism and the gullibility of north Indian commoners to generate, hoard and launder big black money.
And, as with other babas and gurus, they have been receiving generous patronage and protection from the two most corrupt parties in India, the Congress and the BJP !
.......one more nuisance creator behind bars....time for BJP to tighten up the noose against all such negative forces in the Nation. A timid but cunning colonial-congress driven by vote-bank politics created and nurtured many such socio-cultural centres including NGOs that were at best parasitic scavengers left behind for BJP ot eliminate them one by one which the BJP-Led-NDA Govt. is doing even at the risk to its own political popularity.....the true traits of Nationalist And Committed Governance With A Progressive And Futuristic Vision Of A Developed Nation it is pursuing with an unprecedented sincerity of intent and dedication .....for an emerging New India.
