Gandhi family ruined the country through religious/ communal appeasement. When rape was reported, then congress government silent the girls through inside & outside pressure & did not open the case anymore during last 15 years. Now, it is good BJP has taken steps against congress thugs. Hope will take more in future.

on whose advice President can act ? He is bound by the advice of cabinet or by a report from the Governor only. He has no power to act on his own.

Amit Shah may take over the Dera.He also has experience in killing.
The DCP is a soft target for Khattar who does not have the courage of his convictions to own up that there was failure of his Government to control the situation.

Yes. Does Khattar want to say that he was not aware of the so-called "defective" order when the mob was getting build up.
This is just for the media. Someone will have to bear the cross for Khattar and BJP.
Most likely after 2 years this fellow will be more than compensated for his services (to the BJP).

they did not want any direction to stop violence, when political parties are interfering in Police department this type of incidents happen because he cannot dare to say any thing and head of the state cant hear from their junior. CM ia nnor Indira Gandhi to hear Gen. Manekshaw advice not to fight Banglades at this moment and she agreed because situation was like that but in this case every know from top to bottom what will happen no one want to loose the election becuase these people are their vote bank as you are saying minorities are congress vote bank. now you realise what is in the politics all parties are in same mood that is vote bank and nothing else.

Its a bizarre situation. For each and every tragedy, only Govt officials have to face the wrath, be it situation in Haryana or situation in UP's hospital (spread of Encephalitis). None of the politicians take the responsibility.
