True, my wife name is very much private to me, why my emoyer is asking for that .
who opposed the UID project tooth and nail when he was the CM of Gujarat, perhaps never imagined that his party would win the general election (even with the world record Rs 12000 crores election campaign he led) and that he might one day eagerly embrace the idea of the UID, even if only to try and put himself in a situation from which he can hope to derive electoral advantage over the opposition !
After the Supreme court ruled that privacy rights cannot be trampled upon in the manner that was shaping up, the komaaaali is left looking like a thief who has just been stopped from robbing the biggest bank in the world !

Mr. Jaitley, if you feel that the UPA government brought in Biometric Aadhar without safeguards, why did your government accept it and enforced it as it is on all citizens and for all and sundry purposes? When UPA introduced Aadhar, there was no sinister design to link it with anything and everything including PAN No and bank accounts. But your government did all these things although the very same BJP and the very same Jaitley opposed the very concept of Aadhar when they were in the opposition. Please make public the steps taken by your government to put in safeguards for Aadhar. Also, what are the details of the agreement between the GOI and the US based Aadhar service providers who also happen to be service providers for the ID scheme in Pakistan. What is the guarantee that critical Aadhar data of our country will not fall into the hands of enemy state / terrorists / anti national elements / unscrupulous elements. What are the safe guards and checks and balances put in place?
