And as for komaaaaali Modi, well, he can do so in secret (as he can still pretend that the move to make intrusions into a citizens private life was not his idea or initiative or that he did not even encourage it) !

Oh, did you imagine that Adani was discomfited in any way by the govt intruding into the privacy of citizens ?
We do not need another Judgement or explanation after Supreme Court verdict. Keep you argument before SC not to Public Forum or press. Due to your statement Govt. intention is suspicious?
