When the truth behind his arrest comes out, shortly, several heads in ATS & NIA will roll & involvement of several senior UPA Politicians, to cover their criminal & corrupt acts. The facts are already going viral in informal circles with details & it is not difficult for Govt to get every bit of truth. Finally Lt Col will not only be reinstated with full honors, benefits & also promotions. I would say that he should get even accelerated promotions, particularly bypassing those seniors in the Army who were behind the conspiracy (whatever compulsions) and stripped of all benefits.

col. purohit has said that he got bail after he convinced the court that he was acting as ''mole'' for the army. he had joined abhinav sanstha on the instructions of the army to spy for them...in other words he was acting as a double agent...

so according to col. purohit he was acting as a "mole" for army...in other words he was infiltrating the organisation to get info. for the army . which means he was acting as a double agent! and sometimes double agents need to do certain things to gain confidence....so purohit name did not come out if nowhere! so we cant really blame ATS and karkare. .what col purohit got is called as occupational hazard
