Tripale Talaq is a individual practice of Muslims it is protected under Article 25. Although this constitutional right is not an absolute right and this right is subject to public order ,morality and Health and other provision of the Constitution. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has directed the Government to make Law within 6 months abolishing the Triple Talaq. The Court has passed such order in view of creating Uniform Civil Code for all the citizens. I now requesting the Hon; ble court to issue directions to government to make Law on the all the principles incorporated under Chapter IV of the constitution. Why are they insisting only one issue leaving the other issues and after expiry of 71 years.
1. British unified over 550 princely states into a single entity. 2. They ended Moslem domination in India and liberated Hinddus from 1000-year long subjugation that eventually led to the rise of Hinddu intellectual class who could eventually fight for the freedom of India. 3. British rule prevented India from becoming a BarbaricIslamicState by ending forced conversions to Izzlam. 4. British built excellent dams, bridges, railways, roads, etc which unheard in the rest of Asia (during 19th century). 5. British opened many universities and colleges in India, which helped Hinddus to rise as an intellectual class. 6. British introduced English helped India to become a software superpower in the world today. 7. British rule considerably weakened the barbaric caste-system, even though remnants of the system remain. Even superstitions decreased to a great extent. 8. Due to better medical services, death rate dropped and life-span increased. 9. Railways, postal services, modern education, English medicine, etc rapidly improved the standards and quality of life. 10. HHindus were living under complete subjugation of Mozlems. British rule gave great religious freedom to HHindus 11. British rule altogether gave a new direction to Indians who were mired in ignorance, superstitions, caste-barbarity and opened an era of modern civilization in India.
Every year 2 million Mozlems convert to XXtianity worldwide: 1 million in Indonesia and 1 million in North Africa.

India needs authoritarian rule to solve long-pending problems:
1. Impose strictly 2-child policy. This will help overbreeding communities like Mozlems, low-caste people to financially and culturally stabilize themselves. 2. There should be uniform marriage laws. 3. Reduce reservations to 40% from the current 50% in general and 70% in Tamil Nadu.

Yes cut down Resevation to 40% now & in the next 5 yrs to 20%. Then next only those who have never availed Reservation benefits, their Children alone must be made eligible for further Reservation. There should be no Reservation for entering into IAS, IPS,IRS etc., but only at the lowest levels, one for LDCs & one for Attendants. Reservation in Medicine & higher education must be on weightage basis & no open Reservation like in BA, B.Sc. etc. There should be no separate promotion list for SC/ST/BC etc & no carried forward vacancies. Govt must think of improving the Country as a whole and not a particular section only, even if large percentage in that section are backward. They must be uplifted thru financial backing for productive upliftment

Muslim clerics in India are running parallel justice dispensation mechanisms, this is thoroughly illegal and a suspect practice. Advocate Farha Faiz has had brought this dangerous practice before the Apex Court bech hearing the "triple thalaq" matter. If this is not checked, Muslims are going to run amok after disobeying the law of our land, their obedience to the mullahs is tantamount to seditious behaviour. The Apex Court has to intervene by pulling a sudden draw!

I am MMuslim and I am in support of abolition of this law because it is against the tenant of QQuran. So, good judgement came to safeguard the core principle of Islam which wahabis follow more accurately.
