Love
by arungopal agarwal on Aug 21, 2017 10:31 AM

It has many meanings, love for individuals is social matter, love for all humans is spiritual matter and must be restricted to one own feelings and belief, but if we talk about love for nation, then it is constitution who binds everyone under one umbrella, if anyone challenges it, it is not acceptable norm, many Mullahs and intelligencia do not agree to it, they have only two options, either to keep themselves away from normal society or national forums and have their own feelings within themselves or should find another country to live. Such rascals should not have any place in India.

We have some greatest patriots who are capable of standing, make lip movement (mostly with chewing gum) but never actually utter a word of it. Such people better go to Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Sahara etc., and live happily.

Love for the country can't be forced

In several countries patriotic feeling is inculcated in school going children by rule. There is nothing bad in it. Left to themselves hardly any child will develop that feeling. This is exactly what has happened in our country during last 3-4 decades and that is why people are questioning such a rule.

Patriotism needs to be enforced on some ...

He has taken no sides, ruffled no feathers, contributed nothing and has lived to write another day ..!!! Can such views be accepted in a democracy like USA, or Israel, or even in porkistan or china ?? Which country allows / condones seditious attitudes, it is only India. The results are here for all to see. There is a section which wants all facilities, goodies, subsidies, contributes nothing to GDP and is still hugely pampered, does not want to celebrate Independence day !!! And our senior bureaucrat says we should accept this nonsense.

Forced or unforced of showing signs of patriotism is a must in a country as diversified as India in all aspects because of several psychological reason both for the forced and for the unforced.

For the unforced, nothing is write about, Jai Hind.

For the forced: It is better to be in the group than outside even though one harbors hatred and the like. At least, the unforced people feel there is no one outside the group. Being outside the group creates feelings of animosity between them. When forced, there is a bad feeling only in the minds of the forced people and a feeling of calmness in the unforced. I mean to say, only one set of people get affected. Being in a group, there is a better chance that they learn from the unforced people the reasons of being in a group. Pure psychological!!!

People who are forcing people to sing vande mataram, sadly they themselves dont know that song, even 2 lines. This is the reality and those who forced others to sing where exposed in many TV shows. Request is please you lead by example not by force.
