Intolerance validates Ansari`s concern
by B B Sharma on Aug 14, 2017 12:49 PM  | Hide replies

Mr Ansari`s parting remarks that there is unease among minorities & the `ambience of acceptance`` is now under threat has evoked a kind of reaction inappropriate on such occasions & unworthy of persons making them. Mr Naidu could not resist a chance to speak out his mind as a former Sandh Parivar loyalist . The tone & tenor of his comment is in sharp contrast to the scholarly take Dr Ansari has on issues .
Not just the political landscape of the country, the quality of politics itself has changed in Modi era.
We have become comfortably tolerant of intolerance .Prejudice & impunity usually have the opposite effect.

When was there NOT unease amongst minorities? 1947 it was Jinnah... Thereafter it is some Maulana or the other constantly.

of kashmir is getting very sympathetic gesture from mr ansari. although we indians know these crooks are working in a concerted effort to destabilize the institution of india. now india must think to give up it's secular content which are continuously misused by agents from enemy country.

An experiance person on foreigner affairs
by Shaan on Aug 14, 2017 09:55 AM  | Hide replies

Outgoing VP indeed has served India in many tough diplomatic fronts and his experience should be utilised in framing policies to deal with critical nations like China, Pakistan, Mid-east etc.

Please stop abusing all those who do not support views of BJP in the first instance.

Instead of correcting, wherever required, the followers of BJP chose to abuse those who aired their views.

The way he was abused and trolled, that itself proves what he said was not otherwise.

Why this Mauni baba was silent for 10 years while he was vice president and opened his mouth only at the time of vacating his office ? I dont remember he has said anything against killings in Kashmir, Killings in Kerala, and other issues like huge financial scams under UPA regime etc. He found everything all right under UPA and find everything wrong only under NDA ?

Sir... he was holding a responsible position for 10 years. in the first instance, he is not a politician. secondly, it is unbecoming of a person holding constitutional position to speak on such issues (unlike persons installed by BJP do) ... that's the difference.

Exactly, Mr India Today. Speaking for Insecure Muslims is justified for a non-political person holding a constitutional position but not speaking on scams or Kashmir problems.

Quite a justification.

OK India Today. So you are teaching us that holding a responsible position and not being politician should keep mum. Why he was VP of India? As such we can install a IDOL at VP office if anyway he should remain mum. Why spend so much taxpayers money on his salary and security. You are as intelligent as our past VP.

How you know he was silent? He clearly mentioned that he raised this issue with even Prime Minister. He was bound to not speak in public as he was VP. But, he is no more VP and can raise Question in public domain.

except some people every citizen of india knows what is today and what was yesterday. tell me one think during three years our beloved PM only announced many assurance result is yet to be come but presently he is enjoying the fruits from earlier corruption govt.No new venture, no foreign collaboration, No FDA etc etc but younger are waiting for employment and parents are waiting education for their children and health care. in this field totally zero. see Gorakhapur incident PM office is monitoring the situation, CM UP instructed to medial dont highlight correct figures. this I view from News channel. It is not own. This UP is ruling BJP, SP/BSP, BSP, SP, now BJP. congress ruled this state before 1992 babri masjid demolition it was demolished during 1992 then BJP ruling and in center congres ruling there after congress never come that city. but you are always blaming congress. Yes of course congress is corruption and simultaneously they did good work you may not aware that ask your father and grand father they will tell you. if this RSS/BJP is national party also worked for independence then why this RSS signed an agreement with govt of india not to contest election. Please ask your parents they will tell you. We are the indian citizen and who is ruling is not our question but while ruling it is their responsibility to take all indian citizen in one umbrella. The great man was AB Vajpayee since independent gave tough fight with then PM but no one is taking his name today.

BJP and Non-BJP.. this is not about being a BJP follower or Modi-bhukt.

We need to condemn him, who decides speak for his own community sitting on the constitutional position. What is the difference between this guy and the ex-Preseident of Pakistan 'Musharraf' - when both say the same - Muslims are insecure in India.
