BJP has got the entire nation enamoured of a muscular nationalism , it has bred intolerance with arrogance in our political life & discourse. A defector crossing over to the ruling camp stand cleansed of all the guilt as also , of possible criminality In new set up poaching of legislators is extolled as smart political management, money allurement & use of state machinery for intimidation are all commended as resourcefulness. In these times nationalism is determined by hate - spewing phrases . India has changed ,so congress also needs to re - design itself to suit the new environment , mood & temperament. Congress would have to offer the voters something more than a long catalogue of BJP failure & faults.
The country definitely needs a good opposition. That said our practicing politicians do not bring out the opposition even in their parties to the benefit of their party.A couplet in our language that we are taught in school runs like this to translate it roughly."A king with no one to pin point the king's errors strongly forcefully would get ruined even if their is no one to spoil him "IDIPPARAI ILLATHA AMARA MANNAN KEDUPPAR ILANUM KEDUM".We are all telling that Pakistan should have a stable Govt.;that is in the interest of India.Why not we say too,India should have a strong good opposition Congress or any other and that is in the interest of India.But the painful fact is that Communists had failed to build on the trade union strength to become a good opposition and now also have become anything but a party of proletariansR.POnnambalam

Congress could have made good opposition provided congress Stop harping on the laurels of past leaders but present lot acts with wisdom by taking correct decisions & foolish arrogant decisions like dividing composite Telugu state into two against peoples wish just for its selfish interest of coming to power in telangana,but there also voters rejected them and congress fort for 50 years coastal Andhra completely rejected it for its arrogance and may not be possible to come to power there for next 10 to 15 yrs

BJP has changed its tag. It is no more congress mufth. It is opposition mufth. It is not good for a democracy. Democracy is for civilized society not for arrogant people. Simple catchy promises won't help. One has to deliver it on ground.One can't fool the people for ever.
In a cituation where The CONGRESS is not willing to discard the DUAL-TUMOUR(Mother-Son Duo), the O N L Y way to join hands with NDA, one and only once, in their lifetime, for Constitutional amendment, for TWO-PARTY-SYSTEM, in INDIA, to .........out the unscrupulous REGIONAL PARTIES, from India,s political scenario, for ever.

I don't agree with k.c. tyagi's statement on congress party. Instead I want to ask K.C. Tyagi about future of his own party JDU. How certain tyagiji is about the future of his own party and his supremo nitish kumar. Then only he should talk about others. Feku is heading for humialitinng defeat in upcoming lok sabha poll no matter whoever aligns with BJP-RSS.
The congress party has dug up its own grave during the last 10 years of their rule. People have lost all confidence in the party and its leadership. There is no looking back now even if BJP commits blunders, people wont vote for Congress

Your single vote doesnt matter to Congress party.You are not a representative of voters that they will ask you whom to vote.Even you have no value in your family also.Nobody takes you seriously in youe family.
