Is there any use of any congressi in the Parliament, when they are NO USE for the nation for any constructive work.
Every time any constructive activity is envisage, they invest all their energy in opposing the positive step which is basically slated to help common man.
just for the sake of opposing BJP or the Government & because, they need to get highlighted every time, they waste their energy in opposing the constructive step of the Government.
What is the real use of any Congress person to enter in to the upper house, when actually it is of no use to the nation ??
Isn't there a need to question this fact to the wits of the peoples representatives who can be expected to be somewhat good thinkers??

It is a question of prestige for Congress to get Patel elected to rajya Sabha while BJP will see that he is defeated.
