But not logical. From Kanyakumari to Delhi a poor person can not go for justice due to financial ultimately no justice for poor. Also, can not pay bill of 10 cores to SC lawyers

Yes it is absolutely correct,only honest principled and poor approach legal courts to get justice spending years and money,whereas the other type with political,money&man power get their grievances set right with Dadagiri.Only weaker,honest& principled approach judiciary but the funny Lawyers(80%) squeeze their money by prolonging case in collusion even small issues to years making one to feel is it worth to waste so much money& time spoiling your mental peace.

The main culprits for delay & huge cost of litigation are both side advocates in collusion.Next is lack of coordination from other govt organizations&Police like not serving summons sent to other state for serving on the respondent even after 3 months& not returning with report of other court/police( as court is helpless to take action on them)
