Here problems what is happening is some Muslims want religious freedoms eventhough it may be affecting others. it's harming others is immaterial to them. Some are not ready to accept the law of this country for every thing they argue!!!!????

No holy books asks followers to use loud speakers for their prayers. Using loud speakers is against religion. every human being has a right to live peacefully and loud speaker prayers in nights should be banned
Please help me understand our Law.Why no such Fatwa is dictated by Hindu religious heads?Are they cowards or all Hindus are followers of cowardice?Why police is not obeying orders of Supreme court and why all are not put in Jail for contempt of Court? Are lw enforcers partial or they are scared too.Are the Fatwa issuing authority above law?

What is the authority for issue of Fatwa? Is it an order for obedience under the Law of Land or gift for a crime?Please enlighten me
Where is that cleric who announced Rs 10 lakhs? If anybody ask him what comes first , Nationality or Religion. He will definitily reply " Insaallah, it is my religion "Ask Mr Nigam, he will reply " I am Indian first, then I am Hindu".And this is reason between Mr Nigam and Mr Fatwa.

AzAAN is a daily nuisance 5 times a day whereas Ganapaty and Navaratri happens once in a year. Have commonsense to notice that. Even then, that should also be banned.

One should remember in india 100 of festivals and cultural events takes place.
Which causea harm to humanity Laoudspeaker is one of them . Its of may be of masjid or mandir.
Few hindu festivals like Dipawali have tradition of fire crakers. This festivala burnt may houses and injured thausands.air became poisonces causes cancer..
Ganesh puja / Durga puja/ramnavi or any jayanti. Their is big big pandal located on road and they play DJ how is the souned everybady knows..
Holi and Rang pachami damages skin and hindues through collour or Gulal to others community peoples too. But nobady told stop holi.
Makar sankranti and patang bazi kill maney by chinis roap and injured birds too.
Ganga arti and others cultural events in UP damages Ganga. Ganga water became poisonces..
Navratri and Garba runs by 1pm with the permission from calector, whats is law?
Sonu nigam do the stage shows program ,one should ask him how long this program runs?
This Government and 30% indians who voted bjp,became mad... They speeks ..love jehad,talaq,azaan ,mualims,pakistan thats all.
Illigel bucharkhane / slaughter houses demolsed because its illigel own by muslims. SC oders to close/demolise bar/liquor shop on highway.. The indian law then changes and all highway becames subway and urban road..whats going...

Sohail,In no festivals mentioned by you, the loudspeakers disturb people every day.Navratri is festival of nights still there is restriction for using loudspeakers after 10.00 pm. Diwali is festival of lights, still there is restriction on using fire crackers. Holi is festival of colors still people follow rule to save water. other communities do not offer prayers on the roads, streets and cause inconvenience to others.All other communities live in harmony and understand others difficulties. It is high time for the so called minorities to take some positive steps minorities to improve their harmony with other communities.

5 times Azaan, 11 days ganpati, crakers bursting in diwali, 9 days navratri, cristmas and new year parties. wow all these together makes India. And this is the Indian culture. No body can change it. And those who want o change indian culture are actually Anti.

How cultural event's harm to public public enjoy with this. don't tell lies. Laud speakers are banned from all festivals!!!apart from new year and Christmas that too 2 days. Come on try to learn and start telling truths??? But this Masjid laud speaker s every day 365 days. It is shme that people not accepting the real facts!!!!!!

Festival is different from Azaaneveryat wee hours everyday. I happened to visit the mosque close to my house in the morning with few people praying. Nobody is against this. Don't need to wake up others and every one else. If required court stricture on sound DB to be followed by all users!! Nobody else will object to this. Douhear??

more than one lakh Loudspeakers'blare daily at five times . Noise pollution , they even not heard of it, however in posture of Azan they close their own ears . Strange.c
