No one is ready for compromise
by AYOUB SOFI on Jun 16, 2018 10:07 AM

What United Nations say about Kashmir dispute.?
I think neither India nor Pakistan are ready for compromise, because compromise is a deal in which two sides get which neither of them wants. I think ego factor comes in their way

Pakistan is not satisfied with POK and trying to grab more land and taking advantage of innocent Kashmir people and politicized Islam.

I write all sweetners

Kashmir is not a battle of mind;it is the war of Pakistan to disintegrate India and is religion driven.Make one State part away from Inida ;then other states also will say that the Kings accession to the Indian Union is not valid. The present generation would decide it. So the fester would go on.But we India feel brotherhood with Pakistan, like” the we speak the same language, eat the same food type, dress similar and all that as we hear in TV ;also remember the candle light show of a famous columnist of the past.India has its wishful thinking of comraderie, the many back channel diplomacy all come to naught as we do not recollect that all said in pre 1947 days or in its aftermath. Mr.P.N.Hasker was reported to have been instrumental in giving highly statesman like , High respect status response to Pak. after the Bangladesh war. Pakistan never reciprocated it. Pakistan is there for dismembering India. If I give the logic from the past records, not my opinion it won’t be displayed. Let me be afraid of it and finish with sweetners R.PONNAMBALAM

A real eye opener
by Navneet Bhatnagar on Apr 25, 2017 11:13 AM  | Hide replies

The words of Lieutenant General D B Shekatkar (retd) in the article are real eye opener and a very succinct commentary on the state of affairs in present Kashmir. The hypotheses propagated by the General in resolving the fiasco in our norther state are very logical and should be implemented by the government to control the ever increasing lawlessness in the valley.

Kashmir is a mideaval mind set problem
by KARAN on Apr 23, 2017 10:12 AM

From the beginning to now Islamist never wanted to be civilised, because the religion gives them an absolute control over their women .Also that religion never demands moral values as founding principles of peaceful coexistence.Kashmiri Muslims are no exception
Hence rest of the world is going to converge to form a strategy to deal with this community as an universal principle and a first step is ,that all these countries are stopping muslims entry into their countries, some formingprivateRmy to deal with muslims within their country basically gettowing them and ofcourse punishing on transgressions.Hencea solution will come out sooner than later by the world at large to deal with this
