How an MP is above Law?
by patchigolla subbarao on Apr 09, 2017 03:25 AM

If an official on duty was assaulted by a person, does Indian law make that arrogant person to be arrested or not? does this arrogant MP was above Indian law?????
Same theory can be applied to a common Indian citizen? But hats off to Air India & Jai Hind

Refusal By An Indian MP to Apologise to AI's Senior Official
by on Apr 08, 2017 03:57 PM  | Hide replies

Its ridiculous stating that " this was Air India's behaviour towards a people's representative than what it would towards a common man. Mr. MP, the same thing applies to u if this was the behaviour by a people's representative towards a senior official of the Popular & the oldest Air Liner then what it would be towards a common man whose representative u are?

Ban or No Ban - the crux of the issue is that a person who otherwise cannot afford to buy an Air Ticket, gets it in free for being an MP, he is not able to adjust to the situation. So, it would be prudent on the part of Air India Staff to adjust to situation and forget the matter as "Just another unruly passenger misbehaved with them".

This is what Sena representative show their " aukat " before the people of this nation. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut asked about aukat of CMD of Air India. He should know that CMDof Air India hold degree in Engineering equal to four degrees inElectrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, IT and has held top posts in various organisations unlike Mr Raut who is not elected in the parliament but selected and nominated in Rajya Sabha against his loyalty to his party and following their ideology. Mr Raut is only B.Com from Mumbai University. What one can expect from a man who use abusive and insulting language against even PM Modi in his editorial in Samna. This ungrateful people conveniently forget that Sena has got maximum seats in parliament which they never expected even in their dreams thanks to only Modi and Modi wave.

MP vs. Govt. servants
by arungopal agarwal on Apr 08, 2017 03:02 PM

Do not know who is right, as every behaviour can be expected from govt. servants too, as their job is guaranteed upto retirement.
MP tenure is only for 5 years, at least at grass root level, where govt. servants come in contact with public, their tenure should also be 5 years, not upto retirement. If they remain fit and performing they should continue, else we have crores of unemployed youths waiting for job.
