I think the Govt must make possible bio toilets available at almost all junctions. Hotels is a private property and cannot be made public. its an infringement
Municipal/corporation authorities prime responsibility is to provide Public toilet facilities for both men/women at all busy marketing/shopping areas and also at needed locations by earmarking sufficient funds,along with good roads& protected drinking water.if the huge funds revenue from house tax& other taxes are constructively used,for development of civic sanitation facilities,withoutinfructuous expenditure and if needed State Govts sanctioning necessary funds this could be done by municipal authorities very well Of course if pvt hotels/shopping malls are gracious enough to offer ladies at least washroom facilities,their gesture is commendable.
