Doubtful, Congress is against integrity/ unity of India - Pakistan occupied 50% of Kashmir, thanks to its ineptness, China occupied as no borders were specified and this incursion will continue. Similarly, those armies of bhakts, reading up isolated pieces such as these on the capacities acquired by the Indian military in communications, navigation and imagery will immediately pounce to the conviction that beating Pakistan in war would be a mere walk in the park now with these supposedly very advanced capacities.
Only poor komaaaali Modi, given information by his defence advisers, would know that China - now bound into strategic and long term alliance with Pakistan with the 40 billion dollar CPEC - is so far ahead of India in space research that they have even developed killer satellites and other anti satellite systems !
China is now hot on the trail of the US itself in terms of closing the hitherto very big gap with it!
And just like what China did with the Brahmaputra tributary, what China might do with its ASAT systems if it sees its investments in Pakistan coming under threat is beyond the immediate grasp of komaaaali bhakts !

Among the nation wide shrill cacophony in the media about what is claimed by the Indian government to have been a surgical strike on targets in Pakistan held territory comes this evidence about the underlying circumspection in the same media about the strike itself !
Response from the international media to the loud claims of the Indian government and the Indian armys top brass about the so called surgical strike has been lukewarm or plain disinterested, to put it mildly.
Mr Kugelman, South Asia specialist at the Woodrow Wilson centre for policy in the US, articulated the world medias doubts (the little segment that took note of the surgical strike claim by the Indian govt) when he stated that Indias claim is baffling, given its contradictions.
The misgivings are glaring. Some of these are
1) On 29th September (the day of the claimed strike), the Indian DGMO claimed that para commandos were parachuted into POK territory to carry out the strikes. But they reversed this claim on 30th September to say that there were no airborne incursions across the LOC and that commandos merely crawled (500 metres to 3 kilometres !!) and carried out the attacks !
2. 500 metres to 3 km across the LOC in the areas where the strike is claimed to have been done, viz, along the LOC in Kupwara and Poonch, terrain that is relatively plain, is within easy access of the heavy guns deployed at Indian posts on the LOC. Why would India risk the lives of more

Till the early 2000s (i.e., till the Vajpayee govt entered into a ceasefire at the LOC with Pakistan after the Advani orchestrated massive war mobilization in 2003), cross LOC incursions by both Indian and Pakistani militaries to attack targets situated just across the LOC were common and accompanied the cross LOC firings. But the Indian governments never published such attacks as surgical strikes.
It looks very much like the Narendra Modi govt, hard pressed to assuage its middle class bhakts, has either concocted up a whole story or at least has exaggerated a routine firing across the LOC accompanied by a ground incursion on the lines of such earlier attacks as a surgical strike !!

Some months when Indian forces entered Mianmar territory to destroy rebels camp there (May be Naagas, I forgot exactly ) and actually destroyed it, General Mushraff (Retd) of Pakistan said sarcastically, that Pakistani soldiers are not wearing Bangles on their hands to see and keep quiet allowing Indian forces to destroy militants camps in Pakistan. He also said Pakistan is not Mianmaar. Now he and other Pakistani leaders and Military officers would have understood that they are weaker than Mianmaar.
Secondly our "Youth leader" Mr.Rahul Gandhi has praised PM Modi like anything for this Surgical strikes on Pakistan. To get a praise from Rahul Gandhi is like Rishi Vishwamitra wanting praising words from Rishi Vashista , which he never got . PM Modi is praised by Rahul . That proves India is united more as a Nation today than the country was under UPA.Rule.Congratulations PM Modi !
