Not Stooges they are PAKIS. But we are being told since 60 years that they are 'our people and their hearts and mind have to be won'.
In event of closer of Indus water to pakistan, the same can be diverted to otherparts of western India through different canals and rivers with many hydroelctricity projects.Strong will power is nesessry to execute this.We have to take care of our water needs without any international pressure.
Maybe the finer details about diversion & utilization of excess water true but whatever amount is possible to be domestically used/consumed within India- may be resorted to.
The user government of the water flowing out from India, across the border,should value the goodwill gesture & needs to reciprocate.

Do not compare TN /Karnataka with Pak. Show maturity. Can you tell how many Indian soldiers are still to be killed with your attitude? Get out of your house and go to the Pak border and get a feel of the situation rather than being too pious
