Rafale Deal

Something smells badly. May be we get to know the truth after the next General election, as happens in every deal made by the previous governments.

Ajay Shukla proves himself...again
by on Oct 06, 2016 01:36 AM

How did he know Parrikar\'s experience, word by word. Is he on a driver\'s duty with Parrikar. On the way to airport, reluctant, neither agreed, how did he collect all this?

Ajay Shukla has time and again proved himself. He is die-hard Mody hater. Search and read all his articles(?).

Against all odds he always has one point to make, hate Mody. Single point agenda. He has proven himself once again.

It is painful to count his naive comments, comparisons, out of context remarks, unfounded and imaginary information. They are so many, to count and counter them is naive.

He will continue. Let him, but do facts change? with foolish articles.

How about charging him with entertainment tax? Let the country benefit in some way to and compensate India for tolerating such fools.

Good idea, right!

Rafale deal logic not clear.
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Sep 28, 2016 01:51 PM

The author has failed to highlight that the responsibility for asking for a "medium" aircraft to suoplement the "heavy" Sukhoi is solely the IAF's and it's the IAF team who floated the GSQR. They must have also known the perils of having too many different aircraft in inventory. The IAF can't run away from this and finger point at the politicians.

On the other hand the politicians like Parrikar and Modi have to take the responsibility for ordering a very small number of aircraft which do not meet the IAF needs. They haven't understood the IAF's strategy for the medium or long term and made a "channa bhatura" type of purchase. Hopefully in Lok Sabha discussions, it will come out whether the deal was at a higher cost than the original one.You can bet that Subramanian Swamy will lead the charge !!
