ICC ban Pakistan
by amit srivastava on Sep 23, 2016 03:13 PM  | Hide replies

Another diplomatic offensive should be banning Pakistan from playing cricket just like they did with South Africa during apartheid.

India has the muscle power to ask ICC to do it

You are right. India's power in cricket (though not while actually playing) may be compared to that of the US in World affairs.
Also, bearing in mind the love for the game in Pakistan, the ban should hurt their pride.

UNLESS CAPACITIES
by jaswinder chabbra on Sep 23, 2016 02:47 PM  | Hide replies

are built for covert operations with plausible deniability and low cost, we will continue to suffer and all sorts of 'experts' will turn up to discourage us by citing possibility of

a) Nuclear exchange

b) Drain on the economy

d) Instability

e) International Opprobium

etc etc

Many of these expert do not explain convincingly why Kargil war did not result in a Nuclear exchange. Pakis were kicked out of the Kargil heights square yard by square yard. That was humiliating enough for Pak to use nuclear weapons. But they didn't.

Pakistanis are used to successfully blackmailing people.

Their country was created by blackmail, and ever since they have tried to keep blackmailing others.

There is a rule that blackmail does not end except by death. The rule is true not only for individuals but some times also for countries.

India needs to remember that. No matter what the particulars of a situation are, as long as it exists Pakistan will try to use blackmail. It will try to use nuclear blackmail, and it will do so irrespective of how harsh or soft the Indian actions are.

I am an ESM and I am so used to abuses, allegations ,insinuations heaped against my organisation that I virtually fall of to sleep. When I was commanding my unit in Kupwara I heard \"Indian dogs go home\" I would always tell them I heard the same abuses in 1980-82 when I was posted there. And then I would tell the people \"we have invested too much blood here. Pakistan will not get this portion of the state (only interested here not in Jammu or Ladhak). It will break up under its own contradictions and Jinah\'s dream will remain shattered. You guys might as well enjoy being the blessed water buffaloes of India. They never liked the truth and would stop sloganeering. Till date I have letters of residents of Keren Bor Bugina villages which were smuggled across to me pleading for assistance to return. All these families had crossed over in the first \"huff\" and \"puff\" after the staged kidnapping of Rubiya(Mufti\'s daughter). We of course could not help them . Four wars (I incl Kargil in it) always victorious- beat the enemy at Soltoro range (The Glacier) gave the enemy their most humiliating defeat which has affected the psyche of whole the enemy state - yes all this can only be achieved by a useless and corrupt army. We are unskilled and we won so I can imagine how imbecile your and Barkha\'s darlins must be. Thank You Sir for exposing your darlings. I liked what one lady Pak commentator said\" agar jung ladni h

Exactly, the Uri attack was made possible by traitors like Irani. The surprising thing is that the rediff moderator is fine with the contents/abuse written by traitors.

Even without s single military action we can bring pak to its knees by bringing out internal strife between the different ethnic groups in pak from Baloch, PoK, Gilgit and Baltistan and NW frontier near afghan border.
Create civil unrest by having small bomb attack on the civilian targets which is concentrated on the shia and sunni lines.
then target the civic amenities like power, telephone, transport services, industries owned by the politicians and which is of major revenue to the pak govt., key administrative offices and officers create lawlessness in major cities and towns, stop their exports to other countries. Then start hitting their second line of defense and key military assets like annumition dumps, command and communication centers, terror launch pads, and army infra, block and lock down their naval bases, have intelligence moles in their defense forces to get their information and formations.
Use the affected hindu, Baloch and other people for anti pak activities and get the liberation of Baloch to check mate pak and china, increase the arms expoprt tp afghan and befriend the Taliban to attack pak because of its attrocities in the NW frontier . All within the next 2.5 yrs should be possible to show case the state of affairs of pak during the next election
