Its a Sorry State of affairs in Delhi for last 3-4 Years , The Drains which usually used to Get Cleaned & De Silted Before Monsoons Have not Been Cleaned , The Pile of Garbage & Leaves are generally thrown by Safai Karamachari in The Drains / Nalis in front of Houses Which Becomes the breeding ground for all these Vector Borne diseases Mosquitoes . As the saying goes A Stitch in time Saves Nine, Here it could have saved so many Lives ?? From the time AK has come No Road in South Delhi has been Re Surfaced and are in Pathetic State with Potholes etc & I am Talking about Posh Localities like Greater Kailash, Defence colony etc , Bikers Fall & Die due to such Roads & No accountability is fixed Had it been US or any other European Country The Local Govt or Body Responsible for upkeep of the Roads will have to Shell Out Millions in compensation to the Victims But in INDIA Life is Cheap , People will Keep Dying due to Authorities Negligence & No body will be held Responsible or accountable

For that Modi Government has first to give funds collected as SB tax to these. But Modi & Company is frittering away this tax payers money on foreign trips, even Lt Governor of Delhi is out of country, ostensibly on directions of some court in India which has allowed this political appointee to rule over Delhi, laying aside claims of public elected government.

its sad state of affairs each time some tragedy happens the government spends time and money on issues rather could have had good medical practises to prevent so called diseases. its repeated saga in india for years there is no value for human life as politicians have an easy way of digging up the grave rather prevention. corrupt politicians and officials just making money and doing nothing with regards health issues in India very sad state of affairs ... when will things change here we have a elected and central government fighting each other and doing nothing than playing poly tricks....health is not at all considered important issue by any government they take it for a ride ....
