Feminism is causing damage
by saurabh jain on Sep 14, 2016 07:42 PM

Indeed...This so called feminism in India is ruining innocent men, is causing rift between genders and sowing hatred and division in society. It satisfies only extremists and crafty leaders. Ordinary Indians should be wary of it.

Males

Yes always their dignity is at stake, we have one sided prejudiced laws, which has created big vacuum in the relationship now. In society openly one can see extortion of money/sensitivity by daughter in law hereself and her parents. Even on Streets one can see in case of tenant, vehicle accident etc., how women are slapping males, insulting them and beating them brutly.
Yes of course, we are all against any genuine beastly rape and insult to women. But immediate need is to finish the bias and prejudice against males.

The problem with indian law system is it perceives all men are rapists and cruel and all women as saints and savithris unless proven otherwise. There are many cases of genuine harassments against women which need judiciary protection for women. But there are many families which suffer silently the atrocity committed by daughterinlaw ahd her parents . Gone is the proverb that a daughter is a daughter till life whereas a son is a son till he gets his wife.. The real issue is the son is no longer son because of the daughter in law who ensures that the son become son of her parents leaving his own parents .. Hard realty ..

Immediate need is to reform Sharda Act and give bail at least to all males who are convicted in normal rape case i.e. barring brutal rape cases.

INDIAN LAWS DON'T PROTECT MEN
by jagannadh rao on Sep 14, 2016 10:05 AM  | Hide replies

The Indian Parliamentarians are not of that caliber to frame just and fair laws. Most of the laws that get passed are only KNEE JERK REACTIONS and not passed after a thorough discussion or debate as most of the politicians are not knowledgeable enough to understand the nuances thoroughly and appear to be only interested in projecting their self interests . Many of the worthies in the Parliament are mere pawns on the political chess board for grabbing power and perks. No wonder the quality of our public and personal lives has degenerated into a state of anarchy and decline. It is amusing to see Congress leaders raising irrelevant issues like who killed the Mahatma rather than thinking of and implementing schemes to save the farmers who are committing suicides driven by failure of crops. The list of grandiose schemes that benefit no-one but are good propaganda materials for fooling the people are endless in this poverty stricken country. Even after seventy years of freedom, we have not been able to check the recurrent cycle of drought and floods and waste time and money bickering over water at numerous Water Sharing Tribunals. It a matter of great shame and disgust that we have not been able to set the bar high in our conduct and approach to
making this nation a truly A SUPER POWER.

Our laws are made on exceptions but used for common man. Great judiciary, great politicians and great people live in this country.
