Hobbes Locke and Rousseau must be twisting in their grave on the rape of word democracy.Sure even drafters of the constitution must be doing the same.Today there is little difference between Democracy and Dictatorship.The tolerance is limited to Election Commission for permitting Criminals of sort to fight and win the election by Cheating, Bribing & Frightening the common man.Freedom of sort is muzzled by multitude of laws against speaking the truth.Please tell me which corrupt man will demand bribe in public or writing and how will we produce witness.Corrupt have connections with all the strong and almighty so we have very little choice.Any one to Help ?
It bis well known that Municipal Corporations (MC)In country are among most corrupt set ups.Mumbai by no means can be an exception. This is regardless whether Kapil is paying /has paid filth or not. Likely he might have been asked for bribe for unauthorized construction and even might have paid.As he too is guilty, either he should have not paid and complained or keep quite after payment. He wanted not to demolish illegal construction and remain honest too. CM has tried to be honest which he is not.He should have acted to find real truth by using his big hands and punished both parties. Kapil by no means can prove payment of filth as 5L is a small amount and more often it is distributed among all concerned as it happens in police. Apart no one will help in finding truth including politicians. Good luck to both parties.
Whilst citizens were keen to see the outcome of the dharna against toll nakas started MNS it ended into mystery with no result or relief to tge common man. That UPSRTC had constructed the Vashi Sea over bridge but the toll collection has exceeded its costs and only liabilities are being reflected of thousands of crores against repairs and maintenance. Hope MNS will rethink about this Vashi toll naka collection and relieve people from forcible collecions
The complainant needs to substantiate the allegations/charges levelled in the complaint by providing necessary documentary / material evidence in support else he may be liable for legal action for lodging false complaint thereby tarnishing one`s reputation etc. Parshuram Gautampurkar,sawai Madhopur,/rajasthan

very egoistic person (kapil), thinks everybody (other than himself) is a fool. deserves to be shown 'more achche din'.
Get ready to be screwed by authorities with some reason or other, this is our bureaucracy, who sits safely upto retirement without their stake. Politicians are dependent on them, as such will not any PANGA with them. Therefore common man bribe them just to avoid nuisance, the value of which will be much more than Rs.5 lacs asked by them.
