The story that is being told and the video are completely different.
It looks like one person got into a scuffle with the policeman and both dragged each other into the water. The other three were just pacifying and separating them when they were out of the water.
Where do you see 4 people attacking the policeman in the video.

I think we should follow the US police example. The police ought to be tougher than goons and should not hesitate to shoot them if attacked like this. With politicians and human rights activists ever ready to support the offenders I know it may be difficult but that is the only way to deal with goons.

Attacks on policemen
by gaurang heble on Sep 07, 2016 07:28 PM

If this is the situation from young rowdis in Mumbai, then what about terrorists. How will policemen safeguard themselves and also the public. I think public should take law in their hands in such cases and beat the b......s in such a manner that they should not be able to do any of their work on their own. I hope you all readers understand what I mean. These r.....s should be hanged in public. Also, there should be more police force deployed during the Ganapati festival and also during Navratri festival as such rascals take advantage of such festivals and create nuisance. Also, the Mumbai Police Commissioner and Maharashtra CM should take strong steps to tackle such situation. If we do not punish them, these things will increase and disturb the society.

This is really highly condemnable. there should be the rule of law in our country, which is vanishing these days. it is not good for a healthy society and fascist forces in our country adding fuel to the fire in lawlessness. There must be an end to These fascist forces only then there will be rule of law.
