Everyone is well versed with the attitude of BSNL & MTNL with the general public. Have you seen how these public PSU deal with the general public? They behave as they are doing the general public a favour by accepting their forms and giving a connection. They are so lethargic with immense indifferent attitude towards their customers. Their so called customer service too is nothing to write about not that of other telecom companies's is better. This has been the biggest factor in the dwindling of customer base of BSNL & MTNL. Even if Modi had promoted these public PSUs, the general public would not have taken the bait. They are smart enough now. So Sawant, you just keep quite.
Unions have killed talent, Unions have killed companies... hence private companies survive. People need to talk about BMC first then about other national companies.

Reliance don't care . You boycott them and allow looters like Vodafone and Airtel etc. Choice is yours.
